The Department of Education Qality Monitiring and Outward Independent Evaluation was established in 2006.
Consists of 15 persons. The head of department – Serhy Kurtas.
The main orientations are:
- organizing and realization of outward independent evaluation the school, trade schools and high schools of I-II evaluation levels leavers` progress in education.
- teachers and schoolchildren, instructors and evaluators and other categories training for outward independent evaluation.
- monitoring of qualitative changes in creating the effective structure of general education schools of the region.
- working out the recommendations for perfecting the scientific basis of education quality management.
- realization of the scientific ant methodic monitoring of educational process quality.
- working out the regional standards, methods and means of the standards realization, education quality education quality.
- preparing of the recommendations for education quality methods on the basis of the existing criterions of knowledge and skills level.
- working out programs of outward independent evaluation and monitoring problems for educational personnel.
- coordination and providing scientific and methodic consultations to the regional (municipal) methodic services about monitoring problems.
- educational and examining centers` activity coordination.
- preparing working and consulting materials for monitoring.
- taking part in working out international programs and projects within education department.
- holding the seminars series for regional education departments specialists, heads of higher education institutions about outward independent evaluation introducing and education level monitoring.
